1.Select the ‘Trial Card’ link.
2.Check the little white button to select all entries.
3.With all entries selected, click on the ‘Email Draw’ button.
Details of the Draw along with the Information prepared previously will now be emailed to all Owners with a copy to the Administrator (normally FT/WT Sec).
A copy of the Draw will also be sent to the Kennel Club.
Note that:
A current email address must be available in the CONTACTS file.
An email will be sent to all Owners in the Draw whether or not they are registered FTMS users.
