FTMS will auto-generate an email to Users on the following occasions:
1. Seven days before the Closing Date of a Field Trial.
2. One day after the Draw has taken place.
The emails will be generated for all Trials whether or not the Clubs participate in FTMS.
This option allows you to select from which Clubs you wish to receive a notification.
1. From the Main Menu select 'Clubs Email Notifications.'
2. From the List of Clubs, check the Clubs from whom you wish to receive email notifications.
3. SAVE your selection.
4. You will now only receive emails from your selection. You can add or remove Clubs at any time.
