1.Subject to approval from the Club or Society, a User may be entitled to a refund of Entry fees.
2.Refunds must be authorised by the Club concerned.
3.If the refund is due before the event, this will be refunded by FTMS.
4.If the refund is due after the event, this will be refunded by the Club.
5.Where a refund is due before the event, the Club must send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
a.Date of Test
b.Type of Test
c.Name of Owner
d.Name of Dog
e.Refund due -£
6. Where a refund is made, the entry will be deleted together with the associated payment record.
